There are a list of drawbacks in the hotel: 1. The hotel is not located in canter, check Madhuvan Serai or Hometown Galleria for same price and better service. 2. The hotel includes a rooftop pub which has very loud music in the night and is difficult to sleep in the room. 3. The towels are not clean and the manager Vikrant is not available at times. 4. Room was definitely good but the only strange was, even though they are charging high, they don't provide breakfast 5. Better hotels which includes complimentary breakfast and are family friendly are located well within the city center, do check them.

The rooms and toilets are dirty and lots of insects. The shower curtain is also dirty. The bathroom has drainage problem, so not to mention the bad smell The bedsheets are stained( pic attached). I’ve requested for an extra bed and they provided only a mattress which was in a bad condition. The housekeeping was really bad. The front office, Vikrant is not in his place most of the time and not at all helpful. He does not attend to complaints.

Overrated hotel. Rooms and washrooms are not neat. Stayed in this hotel during peak season. Did not get bookings in any other hotel and so had had to stay in this hotel. Hotel staff service level not not good as well

A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE THIS DECEMBER

Really smelly rooms and very dirty bed and bath linen (pictures attached). I've stayed my entire December in hotels around Karnataka and haven't found staff as unresponsive as at Sarah International. The two receptionists were having an argument with each other when we arrived and we did not feel as welcome as we felt at the other hotels throughout December. The shower curtains had mold on the bottom and the towels had several stains. I booked a room for three and four nights respectively over a period of two weeks but cancelled the other four day booking due to the bad experience we had for a price of almost 3700 per night. I wish they improve their services as we have stayed here for over ten days in 2018 but had a better experience than this. Kindly improve your services ( The shoe/dirt stains and hair on the pillow cover was the biggest letdown). Almost forgot the Club is right above the rooms and music does not stop till midnight therefore one would never have a good night sleep in this hotel and their description about sound proof rooms on the various booking websites is a "TOTAL LIE".
